  You are building gnome from an unclean source tree.  Go to /usr/pkgsrc
(or wherever you put your pakcage sources) and do a "make clean".  This
should remove any old leftover work directories.  (You might also want
to update your package sources if the are not fairly new).  Then try
again, it should work now.
