I have finally successfully installed 1.4.2.  However, I have only Xterm
running and want to try a window manager.  I can't seem to locate
/usr/pkgsrc/x11/windowmaker.   I installed from NetBSD cdrom so figured I=
 had
all the packages.  How do determine if the packages are on the cd or will=
 I
