I'm getting errors like the following every several minutes on my 486
machine:

Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: sd1(aha0:1:0): Check Condition on opcode 0xa
Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: SENSE KEY: Soft Error
Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: INFO FIELD: 113
Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: ASC/ASCQ: Peripheral Device Write Fault
Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: FRU CODE: 0x9
Nov 11 22:49:53 bigbird /netbsd: SKSV: Actual Retry Count: 1
Nov 11 22:49:54 bigbird /netbsd:

Does this mean I'm shopping for a new disk drive now, or what?

How can I make it stop?

What is the meaning of the info field and FRU code?
