Haven't gotten much help here in Japan, so I'll turn worldwide. I've
installed canna-lib, -server and canuum from the pkgsrc on NetBSD1.4.2,
successfully AFAIK. I only plan on doing kana-kanji conversion in a text
environment, i.e., no X. I had canuum working quite well on Linux, but
on NetBSD, it has been a real nightmare. Is there anyone out there who
has it working well who could give me a few pointers, tell me what your
.canna file looks like, how stty parameters should look like, etc? It
should be working like a "normal" FEP, but keys seem to require an enter
after them, I can't seem to be able to use canuum within the editor nvi,
and I can't seem to even get the converted kanji on the command line.
Big TIA.
