Hi there,

This is my first trip into the ELF world, so not quite sure what I'm
doing here.

I'm trying to compile elm2.5.3 (ftp://ftp/virginia.edu/pub/elm/elm2.5.3.tar.tz)
on NetBSD/i386 1.5_ALPHA2.

The messages I keep getting appear when trying to create the binary file.
"linker input file unused since linking not done"

I've messed around with different -W, -fpic, -DPIC, -R options but I'm
still stuck.

If someone would be kind enough to offer some advice, or even get
elm 2.5.3 working under NetBSD then I'll go ahead and turn it into a
package and submit it.
