I browsed the D-Link doku and it says the printcap should be:

"hp5l:\
:lp=:sd=/var/spool/hp5l:mx#0:\
:rm=ps-142634:rp=PS-142634-P1:"

So you might want to try "rp=laser-P1" the 
doc is for all printservers Dlink made, but 
it is worth to try it out. And the "rp" 
statement should be case sensitive.
