looks like it got "lost".  i'd do this:

   cd /var/spool/mqueue
   mv *DAA06056 ..
   cd ..

then examine the files called *DAA06056 (presumably you have a file
called qfDAA06056 and another called xfDAA06056).  if you don't need
them, then rm them.
