Grab the latest bind 8.x sources from www.isc.org.  You should see a
doc directory with something called the "bog" in it.  This should give
you enough info to get you up and running.  (Thats all I ever used.)

Papyrus and berry-juice documentation is near worthless in the
electronic age.
