I guess you are using NetBSD 1.4.1 (or older.) The Swedish
encoding has been in -current for quite some time, and has
been pulled up in the netbsd-1-4 branch (to be included in
the upcoming NetBSD 1.4.2 release.) So there is no need to
send a PR.
