Subject: Can not find gif.h and faith.h

Hi,

I tried to build from downloaded source (recent 1.4.1). When I try to make
depend, it reports that it can not find gif.h and faith.h. Do these files
suppose in netinet directory? Can anyone send them to me so that I can
continue to  compile? Thanks.
