Install the package collection source code on your system. You can get it
at:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/pkgsrc.tar.gz
However, you will probably need to recompile the KDE source code because
the ncurses package has been upgraded from 4.2 to 5.0.
Once the packages source code is installed, read /usr/pkgsrc/Packages.txt
for more information about the packages collection, or on the web, see:
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/software/packages.html
