Hi,

I lately was searching how to do a bad sector scan in netbsd.
Frederick Bruckman to me what i could do which might work.
Thanks. Now i see there is a program called bad144 which can be used to
inspect the information stored on a disk that is used by the diskdrivers
to implement bad sector forwarding.
Nice.....
However, when i use bad144 on my second ide disk i get this warning:

bad144: /dev/rwd1d : bad flag in bad-sector table.
bad144: bad sector file contains duplicates (sn 0)

How can i remedy this?
Any suggestions?
Bye,

Reinoud.
