I just noticed that there seems to be a difference between 1.3 and 1.4
in the set of header files in /usr/include/g++.  The older version
included a bunch of c++ class definitions (e.g., String, vector, ...)
that don't seem to be there in the newer version.  Or am I forgetting
something I should do to install them?
