FWIW, I couldn't find any options about the PCI subsystem except some
controls about allocating IRQ's for PCI.  The only network-related options
were boot-from-network and wake-on-network, I believe.

For the general amusement (and perhaps for comparing with others), I have
a Phoenix BIOS.
