Hmm. Well, any of millions of things.
First, where did you get this number?
There are probably millions of reasons: Drive speed on the machine
receiving? Other LAN Traffic? Faulty ethernet card? Frayed send
strand in the cable? Routers in between?
Lord knows. Get a sniffer.
