I've got a Mylex 960S which works just fine. It's an external RAID
controller -- it puts together a RAID array on one end, and the other
end looks like a big SCSI disk. Software support isn't even an issue
for these sorts of devices, assuming the SCSI implementation is good.
So, I believe this device will work just fine.
