I've put together a protocol description from 4-5 different sources,
and have a pointer to a few source packages.  Note, one of the
open-source authors placed his program under NDA because of pressure
from APC.  (The haven't tried to harass me however, even though I have
a fairly complete compendium of commands on my web page.)
