Just had my first attempt at audio, but I'm missing something...

isapnp0: read port 0x203
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @@@0001, , > port 0x530/8,0x388/8 irq 5 drq 0 not configured
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @H@0001, , > port 0x330/2 irq 9 not configured
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @P@0001, , > port 0x200/8 not configured
sb1 at isapnp0 port 0x220/16 irq 5 drq 1,5
sb1: CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter : dsp v4.13
audio0 at sb1: full duplex

Is this a false assumption: I thought the above "not configured" bits look
rather like joysticks a la wss. As sb attached, don't worry.

play.port=0x0
play.avail_ports=0x0

Is the above bad too?

(Description of problem: audioctl -iV wavfile gives no errors, but I don't
hear anything. play.gain=128 outputs.master=128,128 outputs.output=128,128)

Cheers,

Patrick
