I am running NetBSD 1.3.2 (planning on upgrading soon), and whenever
someone FTPs into my site (users) the default chmod is -rw-r-----. I
think that I need to add a ftpd.conf file and set the umask value higher
(correct?). I am having a hard time understanding the man pages, and if
anyone had a example I could use, that would be very helpful!
