Like Lennart said, "yes".  But be sure you are aware that Creative has
chosen to name their sound cards in a highly confusing manner: The
SoundBlaster PCI64 and PCI128 use the original Ensoniq AudioPCI
(ES1370) chip and work with NetBSD.  The card called "Creative Ensoniq
AudioPCI" uses a different chip (ES1371) which is not currently
supported.
