Is there a way to track, or limit transfer for a specific user on my
system?  I would like to be able to track how much data has sent for
them over a specific network adapter (I am only running one wich will be
attached to a T1 line).  I am running Apache 1.3.3, a FTP server, and a
Real Audio server, on NetBSD 1.3.2.
