It's a harmless warning,because the MBR partition ID has changed from 0xa5
(165) to 0xa9 (169) by default for a NetBSD partition.

You can actually leave it as-is without any ill effects; it does require the
minor option COMPAT_386BSD_MBRPART in your kernel config file.

To change it, run NetBSD's fdisk, or pfdisk, and change the partition ID
from 165 to 169. But be warned that if you do this, the partition will no
longer be recognizable to 1.3 boot floppies.

(Hint:  if you're running -current, subscribe to current-users@netbsd.org;
announcements about changes like these go out to that list to keep you
informed as to "what the #@$% does this mean?".)
