It's trivial. Ignore the nonsense with keys and precision and so on.
A 3 or 4 line ntp.conf file will work just fine. All you *really* need
are a few entries like:
	server IP-address-1
	server IP-address-2
	server IP-address-3

Where the IP addresses are for reliable NTP servers.
