First, it's not just people reading mail.  It's also mail archives
than end up storing your information, etc.

Second, it's not "1K of data at the end of the message," it's almost
4k.

Those two combined waste time (transfer and downloading), bandwidth
(downloading), space (on disk) and that in turn means money.

Given that and your propensity to quote all text and add little of
your own, your messages are probably >= 90% garbage by size.

Many of us know how to eliminate the "garbage" (you said it), but do
not choose to use mail readers that do so automatically.  We, compared
to you, seem to be in the majority.

You continuing to emit the "garbage" goes against what the vast
majority of posters to the list do, and obviously you've received more
than one complaint about it.

Please stop.
