that's interesting news... especially considering useful crypography is =
illegal in significant parts of the "modern" world and the police in most =
of the rest of it want to follow along.  who'll pick the standard?  will =
they resist vendor influences enough to keep it platform-nonspecific?  how =
much time do we have to phase out legacy mailers?

don't take this wrongly - but i want some references and citations for =
that claim, now i'm piqued.
