tty00 "/usr/libexec/uugetty std.38400" vt220 on secure rtscts "secure" is so I can su root, and "rtscts" is pretty much the standard. You would need to make a special cable to use "mdmbuf." Actually, "secure" is so that a direct root login is allowed. One can su root even without a secure line if groups are set right. Cheers, Brook
