Does anyone know what is up with ftp.netbsd.org ?  I was getting 2.4k
Bytes/sec on a connection that normally does 200x that to a box on
Vixie's net.  Is the poor box getting hammered on and overloaded or
something?

When I ftp-ed the latext 8.8.2 bind sources, they came over at the
normal blinding speed.
