i have a dec 21140 based 100basetx card (de0) in a
dec alpha running 1.3

it is recog'd fine and appears to be set up fine
but i cannot ping to or from it... it appears
that it it trying to use it as a 100baset card :(

dmesg reports that both the 100basetx and 10baset/utp
port are enabled :(

i cant seem to disable the 10baset port either :(

any ideas?
