On 01-Mar-98 Rob Mohr spoke unto us all:
# /usr/local/lib the location of the libXm.so.0.82 and libMwm.so.0.82 shared

I don't think netbsd likes .so files.. and I'm not sure why mwm would be
looking for a .so  I believe you need to get rid of the .so's and leave only
the .so.0.82 stuff, and relink mwm.
