netbsd-help: How to make everything?

Quick question: How do you make everything in the /usr/src directory?
I'm fine on building kernels, but now I want to build all the userland
stuff too. 'make' doesn't seem to be the right thing to do. This is
NetBSD 1.2.1/i386. (When's 1.3 out btw?)
