	You shouldn't be running getty on a serial mouse port - the main
	thing to ensure in /etc/ttys is that getty is _off_ :)
	(I dont think you need the local flags or anything else - I could
	be wrong though).

	More hgelp might be available if you could relate what NetBSD port
	are you using, the type of mouse, and the application (x11 assumed
