hi, i am trying to get direct PPPD working (without getty). The maximum
speed is always 9600 instead of 28.8k. 
although i tried stty -f /dev/tty01 38400, it does not seem to register
the speed setting. What ever i do in pppd options file (eg. 115200), the 
actual transfer speed is always 9600.
So How can i initialize the port tty01 to 38400 before a pppd chat?
