	a) Ensure your kernel has vt0 and not pc0
	b) 'cd /dev ; ./MAKEDEV ttyv{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}'
	c) Copy the ttyv0 line in /etc/ttys to ttyv1 etc.
