Hi,
I would like to use a NetBSD machine to connect via pppd
to a remote network (123.45.255.255). When I dial in I
am given an ip-address (123.45.23.28) from the remote end
which is different from my usual ip-address 134.155.59.1
I have been able to set up the chat and dial into the remote
machine (123.45.27.44) and ping machines (123.45.27.45) on
this network.

The local Network this NetBSD machine is connected too
has a default router 134.155.50.200.

How do I set up the NetBSD machine to accept and
route packets for 123.45. via pppd, from any clients
(or preferably from a specified set of clients)
on the local network ?

Should I be looking at gated or routed ?

The background is that I need a connection between an
SAP R/3 server (which can't run pppd) and another
Network which can only be connected to via pppd (OSS).

Cheerio
