I'm very sorry, the floppy is on irq 6 not irq 2.

In any case, I built a new kernel without the floppy so only irq 9
(iy0) is being remapped through irq 2.  (5, 6, 7, 8 are not in use)
Still no luck.

The setup does work as-is under win95.
