Here's one for ya folks..

My machine crahes frequently on the core dump check, any thoughts?
It occurs as follows:

Aprox. 4 crashes per ten boots, but never two crashes in a row!
Always corrupts the disk structure requiring extensive repairs.
(Obviously) Only happens in multi-user mode.
Most frequently happens on a reboot from NetBSD.
