I guess that depends on what you plan on doing... In general, I just
use a fully populated /dev, but you could certainly remove all of
the disk and tape nodes if you're not going to use disks or tapes (that
includes the ccd and vnd nodes).
The rest are typically tty, framebuffer, etc. nodes, which you probably
don't want to delete.
