Unless the amiga dist is different, you already have perl 5.002.

Bash and Emacs compile out of the box on the i386 port, I can't
imagine why they wouldn't on the amiga port.
I have no idea about the httpd server, except to say that I have heard
that Apache is better, and probably compiles out of the box as well.
