What drivers are available for high speed SCSI controlers ?

I'm thinking along the lines of Wide Ultra SCSI systems. Doesn't
matter too much what architecture. 

If I have to get a Sparc Ultra then I'll make do with SCSI II instead
and by a reasonable make of PC and controller.
