netbsd-help: Sun3 boot tape

I have some problems with making the tapes. I have a Sun3/260 with no
OS, so i decided to use NetBSD. I made the boot tape as described in
the install.txt on a Sparc 5. When inserting the tape into my Sun3
and after b st() the tape begins to work. After some sekonds a
Bus timeout error appears.
