I'd go for the Elite/Ultra - a really good ISA based card.  Keep clear
of the Intel EtherExpress - we have a lot here and they have problems
with retransmissions.  If we could, I'd replace them all - they were
purchased before I arrived at the company.  As for the 8013, I haven't
had much experience with that card.

P.S. If you had PCI, I'd recommend the SMC EtherPower.  :) :)
