On the subject of Soundblasters, has anyone ever successfully written
an audio (au) file via the bsd_audio driver from a Soundblaster Pro?
After reading the driver source, I wrote a program to toggle the
"mode" flag, but it does not seem to have the documented effect --
reading from the /dev/audio device just blocks.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
