I'm running 1.0 and I have noticed something annoying.
Of course its also possible that I have not rtfm carefully
enough.

Anyway why is that man does not check the date of files
in the man? and cat? directories? If the file in the
man? directory is newer it should be displayed and
not the cat? directory.

Also man should place a file in the cat? directory
after anyone formats the file in the man? directory.

Does anyone else think the current behavior of
man is less than optimal?
