Set your PC's CMOS clock to Zulu (Greenwich) time.

Go to /usr/src/share/zoneinfo.  Edit the Makefile, and replace all
instances of US/Pacific with US/Mountain.  make clean && make && make
install.

Finally, copy /usr/share/zoneinfo/posixrules to /etc/localtime.
That should do it.
