Would some one please kindly tell me how to compile sendmail 8.6.12?

'make -f Makefile.NetBSD' didn't work.  It was complaining about settproctitle
type mismatch...  

Do I have to '#define setproctitle 0' in conf.h?

Anything else I should be aware of?  Many Thanks.
