Solution - use a brain - the two groups did overlap - by one machine.
	Sorry to waste peoples time...
	
	Another question tho - is it possible to have a line in exports that
	says 'to everything on this line EXCEPT hosts x,y, & z'

	ie
		/usr	BIG_NETGROUP !host1 !host2
		/usr	-maproot=0   host1 host2
