I left a message about getting dial-up serial ports working, but 
neglected to give any details about my system... Old and senile at 26, 
who'd believe it?

I'm running on an EISA 486DX-50 w/BusLogic EISA SCSI, Trident SVGA, and 
some type of 16450-like serial card. (I'm counting the SILO overflows 
until I can get myself a 16550 based board...)

Ugh!
