I used disklabel and newfs to rebuild my filesystems:

4 partitions:
#        size   offset    fstype   [fsize bsize   cpg]
  a:   136710        0    4.2BSD     1024  8192    16   # (Cyl.    0 - 734) <+
  b:    16368   136710      swap                        # (Cyl.  735 - 822) <+
  c:   153078        0    unused        0     0         # (Cyl.    0 - 822)  |
  d:   153078        0    unused        0     0         # (Cyl.    0 - 822)  |
									     |
            prior to this, all non-zero cylinder offsets had an '*' after them
            (I assume because they were not cylinder-aligned)
