I have a netbsd 1.0 box running on a local net and connected to the
internet via ppp. Its kernel was compiled with options GATEWAY in the
hopes of being able to route packets from the other hosts on the local
net to the internet via the ppp link. When pppd runs (with option
defaultroute) it sets up the routing tables on the local host just
fine, so it can access the internet. However, other hosts on the same
net cannot. Is there a means of getting the routing tables set up
(preferably automatically) so this machine will act as a gateway and
forward packets?

Thanks for your help.
