LVM documentation

Hi folks, 

I have written some LVM documentation some time ago, but I don't have needed 
tools nor knowledge to commit it in to our guide. Now when LVM is build by 
default I would like to have this doc in guide, too. Documentation is located 
at [1] and image referenced by this document can be located at [2]. Can anyone 
look at this and add it to guide ?
